From first contact through the sales process and install, their communication was excellent. Whether it was by phone, email or chat (on their website), there was never an issue reaching them. My sales guy did a great job answering my questions and concerns. I knew enough about HVAC to be dangerous and he was very patient through it all. Their price was competitive and they conveyed a level of confidence that helped me make my decision. The install team did a great job. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. One of the techs stopped by a week after the install (per my request) to answer some questions I had. Overall I'm very happy with the system which included a high efficiency gas furnace, central air unit, whole house humidifier and air exchanger. It works great. They took care of everything from permit to utility company rebates. I highly recommend these guys.
