Installed a Carrier 26SCA430 condenser with a CVAVA3621XMA cased coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and added a pedestal, new 20×25 filter boot, and a 12×25 return to improve airflow. Set up an AprilAire 600 humidifier with a Pristine 20×25 EAC, reused the thermostat, tested cooling, and noted payment was collected in full.
Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace with a new Ecobee 3 thermostat and condensate pump, set gas pressures, and transitioned the plenum from 14″ to 17″ to fit the new unit. Reused the existing humidifier, boot, and drop, verified operation, and helped with utility gas rebate info.
