We confirm the appointment request

A pipe repair visit starts with a call or online scheduling form. Once the request enters the system, the time is confirmed. A reminder call is sent before the plumber arrives.

We send a licensed plumber to the home

A licensed plumber arrives and checks the leaking pipe, water pressure, drains, and water supply. They inspect the location of the leak, the wall area, the fittings, and any dirt or debris around the damaged section. The plumber identifies the signs, detects the problem, and evaluates the next step.

We give an upfront quote for the work

After the issue is found, a fixed price is shared. This covers labor, materials, new pipe sections, fittings, glue, couplers, and testing. No extra cost is added beyond the agreed price.

We repair or replace the damaged pipe

Once approved, the plumber repairs the pipe leak, seals holes, replaces fittings, or installs a new pipe section. Repairs may include cutting out the damaged portion, sliding in new PVC or copper pipe, sealing edges, and checking pressure. The plumber tests water flow and checks for leaks before leaving.
