Customer Testimonials
Jaxon and team quickly diagnosed and resolved my AC issue on one of the hottest days of the year. They were so helpful and Jaxon explained every step along the way. Highly recommend MSP Plumbing, Heating, and Air.
Joshua of MSP did a great job with complete installation of heat pump and furnace in just 7.5 hours. He and the crew cleaned up thoroughly and guided us on the app to be able to control temperature remotely. Will gladly recommend MSP to others.
Nick went above and beyond. I had a terrible experience with a prior HVAC company so when he arrived I was skeptical of what I’d be getting, however he walked me through every step, every option that was available so that I could make a well educated decision. Would recommend this company and will be using their services from now on
Heating in Roseville, MN
Fit a new Roseville furnace to its space
A furnace should fit the air path and drain route around it. Our Iona Lane job in Roseville shows what to ask before choosing your next heating unit.
Review the duct transition
At Iona Lane, MSP changed the duct connection to fit the new furnace. Ask which existing parts line up with the proposed unit. The quote should cover any new joint between them.
Include furnace drain water
The same install included a new drain pump. Tell us where your current furnace drains. A replacement plan should explain where the water goes and leave space to reach the pump.
Check the humidifier fit
We kept the Iona Lane home's humidifier with the new furnace. If yours works well, ask whether it can stay. Its controls and water connection need to fit the new setup.
Try the new controls
That Roseville home got a new thermostat. Ask us to show the heat setting and schedule before the visit ends. Mention if anyone at home would find a simple control easier to use.
Before your service call
Tell MSP which furnace parts you want to keep and what feels hard to use. For a quote, share the drain location and any space limits.
