Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the TCC MEMBERSHIP plan selected by the Homeowner identified in the TCC MEMBERSHIP registration (“Homeowner”) and MSP Plumbing Heating Air (“Company”) and, together with the invoice containing the membership details, constitute the “Agreement.” This Agreement is for services provided solely by the Company and other such companies under its direction and is not a warranty.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company agrees to repair the listed home mechanical systems (plumbing, heating, air conditioning hereinafter “Covered Systems”) located at the covered property under the plan.

The Homeowner agrees to receive text messages from the Company.

Term

The term of this Agreement begins on the date listed on your signed invoice or verbal permission over the phone (the “Commencement Date”) and will continue for a minimum period of 12 months.

  • This membership requires a one year minimum commitment. If you cancel before completing the first year, you must pay back any savings received under this membership and pay the remaining balance for the year.
  • After the initial 12 months, your membership will automatically renew for another 12 month term on the anniversary of the Commencement Date, unless you notify the Company to cancel prior to renewal.
  • While the Company reserves the right to enforce the 12 month renewal term, it may, at its discretion, allow cancellations or adjustments after the initial 12 months without penalty.

Fees and Monthly Payments

The membership cost is determined by the plan selected and outlined on your invoice.

  • A valid recurring payment method (credit card or bank account) is required to maintain your membership in good standing. Your payment method will be charged automatically based on the plan you selected at the time of sign up (monthly or annually).
  • If your payment fails or is not received, your membership benefits will be suspended until payment is made.
  • Memberships are billed based on your preference at the time of sign up: either monthly or annually.
  • The details of your selected membership, including benefits, billing preferences, and renewal terms, are outlined on your invoice.

Cancellation Options

You may cancel your membership at any time by calling or emailing the Company.

  • Cancellation During the First Year: If you cancel during the first year, you will be required to repay any savings received under the membership and pay the remaining balance for the year.
  • Cancellation After the First Year: After completing the initial 12 month term, your membership will automatically renew for another 12 month term. While the Company reserves the right to enforce the renewal term, it may, at its discretion, allow cancellations or adjustments without penalty during the renewed term.
  • Renewal Cancellation: If the Company does not receive notification to cancel, your membership will automatically renew for another one year term on the anniversary of the Commencement Date.

Service

Emergency service is available for members, including holidays. Emergency service is limited to situations where immediate repair is necessary to prevent further damage to property or health risks.

Planned Maintenance

It is the responsibility of the Homeowner to schedule planned maintenance visits. While the Company provides complimentary reminders for maintenance, these reminders are not guaranteed. Maintenance appointments are subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and the Company’s discretion.

Priority Scheduling

Members receive priority scheduling for repair services. Other services, such as planned inspections, non emergency estimates, or tune ups, are scheduled based on technician availability and do not qualify for priority scheduling.

Service Call Fees and After Hours Rates

Members pay a reduced trip fee for work performed on Sundays and holidays. A separate trip charge may apply.

Rates and Discounts

  • Members receive a 10% discount on all recommended repairs.
  • TCC Salute members receive an additional 5% discount on all recommended repairs.

Renewal and Transfer

This Agreement may be transferred to a new address with written or verbal notification to the Company within 30 days of the property sale or transfer.

Adjustments

The Company reserves the right to adjust membership benefits, fees, or terms with 30 days written or verbal notice to the member.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the details outlined on your invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the Homeowner and the Company.
