We confirm your appointment request

When you're ready to schedule your AC tune-up, simply reach out to us by phone or online, and we'll book your appointment at a time that's convenient for you. A great time to schedule an AC tune-up is in the spring before your system kicks into high gear. However, any time is a good time for a tune-up if it prevents an unplanned repair. If you're a Comfort Club member, you'll have your visit pre-planned, and we'll call a few days in advance to let you know that your tune-up visit is on deck.

We send a technician to your home

A licensed MSP technician will give you a courtesy call on the day of your appointment to remind you of their visit. Shortly after, they'll arrive at your home, introduce themselves, and share some details about how MSP's tune-up process works. From there, your tech will ask the whereabouts of your AC system and get right to work!

We share the findings of our tune-up and may suggest repairs

No other technicians in the state are as thorough and precise in their tune-ups as MSP's. So if your technician gives your system a clean bill of health, that's an opinion you can trust! However, if your technician has concerns about a part or parts, they'll always make sure you're aware of it. It's up to you to decide whether to make those repairs or wait for another day.

We finish up any final repairs and say our goodbyes!

If you've signed off on any repairs, we'll get right to work on them. Your technician will almost always have the part you need in their trucks, so return visits are rare. Once the technician is done, they'll thank you for your business and be on their way. And you're left with the peace of mind that your AC can handle those hot summer months!
