Installed a 97% 80k BTU furnace on a new base and set gas pressure and dip switches, then tied it in with a new Ecobee thermostat. Built a transition box between the coil and furnace, upsized the return from 10×25 to 12×25, ran a new drain line, and verified operation with the homeowner.
Installed a Carrier 26SCA424 condenser with a CVAVA2417XMA coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and built a clean transition from the coil to the plenum with the drain tied into existing PVC. Pressure-tested to 250 psi, pulled vacuum to 133 microns, set charge to about 10° subcool, verified operation, and processed payment through Wells Fargo financing.
Installed a Carrier 26SCA424 condenser with a CVAVA2417XMA cased coil, reused and flushed the lineset, set a new 36″×36″ pad, and updated the disconnect/whip for a 20-amp circuit. Rotated the coil 180° with a 4-ft lineset extension, added about 7.2 oz of R-454B, verified cooling, and submitted the utility rebate form.

Heating and cooling in Richfield, MN

The Stevens Avenue cooling install included a new joint between the coil and upper duct. Ask us to look at that whole path. Poor fit around a new unit can add work beyond the swap.
At a 1st Avenue South job, we turned the coil and extended its pipes. If you plan to finish the utility room, say so. The pipe route needs to fit those future walls.
The 1st Avenue project also updated the outdoor electrical connection. Ask how HVAC and power work will line up. Testing should happen after the needed connections and equipment setup are complete.
If one system still works well, tell us you want to keep it. We can review fit and explain the needed changes. A clear scope helps you compare a partial update with a full replacement.
