The Stevens Avenue coil drained into existing pipe. Tell us where the furnace and AC water drains go now. A furnace swap should account for both paths, even if the AC remains.

Bring a room list rather than asking only for a bigger furnace. Tell us when those rooms feel cold and how their doors are used. We can review heat delivery along with the equipment.
