I had my annual water heater tune up done today. Bo did a very through service. He found a small part that needed to be replaced. I am always impressed with the service I receive from MSP.
Nick Z was awesome! He came for our annual water heater tune up and I left with some pretty great knowledge about water pressure in an old house. We will definitely have them out again soon to work on that!
I was having issues with a clogged drain and a garbage disposal that was running rough. Turns out each issue was an easy fix. Both Nick and Donovan took the time to educate me about the issues and show me how I can remedy them in the future on my own. I really appreciated the kindness and willingness to teach from both Nick and Donovan.
