Assessed two 30-year-old 100-gallon water heaters at the city building and provided a quote to replace the interior unit. Due to tight spacing and age of both units, advised considering replacement of both for improved access and efficiency.
Installed a new shut-off valve in the basement and ran a new copper gas line over to the stove, including a gas tee and new appliance connector. Pressure-checked and leak-tested the entire run to make sure everything was operating safely.
Came out for the member plumbing/water heater visit and confirmed the existing tank was past its safe service life, then returned to replace it with a new 40-gallon natural vent water heater. Started everything up, cleaned up the work area, and wrapped up with the customer’s payment and canned-goods discount/donation.

Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
