Completed a TCC member service visit to diagnose a sump pump battery alarm issue. Identified the failing backup battery, replaced it with a new unit, and confirmed the sump pump and alarm system were operating properly before completion.
Inspected a garbage disposal that was humming but not operating and confirmed the unit had failed. Removed the old disposal, installed a new replacement, and tested it to ensure smooth, proper operation before leaving.
Returned to complete previously quoted plumbing work, including installing a water heater expansion tank, new main shutoff valve, and updated washing machine valves with stainless steel braided hoses. Set system pressure, verified proper operation, and tested all new components to ensure everything was functioning correctly before wrapping up.

Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.
Nick Z was awesome! He came for our annual water heater tune up and I left with some pretty great knowledge about water pressure in an old house. We will definitely have them out again soon to work on that!
