Installed a 97% AFUE 120k modulating furnace on a new base and set up an Infinity thermostat while keeping the existing humidifier. Added a 20×25 drop-in filter boot and 12×25 return air drop, then tested operation and noted a follow-up check once full utility power was restored.
Installed a 26SPA642 condenser with a matching CVAVA4821XMA coil, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and shifting the unit so it wouldn’t block the disconnect. Built a new canvas/transition, set fan speeds, vacuumed standing water from the return pedestal, cleaned the blower, verified temp split with superheat/subcool on spec, and wrapped with a walkthrough and rebate form.
Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace with a 2-ton cased A-coil and a 37MUHAQ24AA3 heat pump, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and setting up a new Prestige thermostat with EIM. Single-piped roughly 35 ft of exhaust due to routing limits, set and recorded gas pressures, and wrapped up with a customer walkthrough.
