Repaired the leaking pipe above the water heater and installed a new water treatment system to replace the existing Flowtech setup. Upgraded the home with a new water softener and filtration components, then tested all connections to make sure everything was sealed and running properly before finishing up.
Responded to a plumbing callback involving the bathroom tub and water heater area. Repaired the tub drain by replacing the drum trap and adapting the drain to the existing horizontal copper line. Replaced the waste and overflow assembly and installed a new Gerber two-handle tub and shower valve with added isolation valves for improved serviceability. Snaked the horizontal drain line to the soil stack to ensure proper drainage. All connections were tested, leak-checked, and sealed, and the work area was cleaned prior to completion. Water heater replacement options were also discussed.
Opened the ceiling near the water heater to track down a hidden leak and located a pinhole in the ¾-inch copper main line. Cut out the damaged section, installed new type L copper with couplings, then turned the water back on and confirmed everything was sealed and leak-free before wrapping up.

MSP was amazing to work with and very responsive to our sewer and water issue. Brian W was awesome to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
