Drained and flushed the 5-year-old tank water heater and completed a full plumbing system evaluation during this member visit. Checked for leaks, tested water quality and softener performance, and reviewed recommendations with the homeowner, including an electric anode rod and a few minor plumbing updates.
Returned to address ongoing rust stains in the laundry and completed installation of a new iron filtration system to improve water quality. Reworked the necessary piping connections and ensured the system was operating properly before wrapping up the callback visit.
Found a small leak at the laundry sink caused by a cracked nut on the left-side strainer of an older, 50-year-old sink. Replaced the damaged nut to stop the leak for now and provided options to upgrade both strainers and replace the tubular piping with a new P-trap in a future visit.

Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.
