Checked the furnace after the homeowner reported a noise and a filter that appeared jammed, while the system was still producing heat. Removed and corrected the filter issue, inspected the unit for any additional concerns, and confirmed everything was running smoothly before leaving.
Returned to replace furnace and air exchanger filters, then performed full tune-ups on both 8–9 year-old furnace systems. Inspected components, completed maintenance checks, and made sure both units were running properly before wrapping up the follow-up visit.
Responded to an urgent no-heat call and inspected the 7-year-old furnace to diagnose the issue. Completed necessary adjustments to restore heat and confirmed the system was operating properly before leaving.
