Installed a replacement furnace, redid the exterior exhaust termination, and reworked the gas piping; pressure-tested and tuned airflow to confirm safe operation. Reused the existing condensate pump, added a wet switch in the pedestal, and kept the existing return drop since it met CFM for the 1.5-ton/60k setup.
Installed a new high-efficiency furnace (59TP6C060V17-16) and 2-ton Carrier AC (24SPA624) with a new condensate pump, replaced the line set, and ran new control wire. Reused the existing thermostat, added a 16×25×1 drop-in filter boot and 10×25 return drop, and left the furnace temp-wired pending electrician.
Installed an 80k BTU furnace (58TP0B070V14-12) with a new Honeywell T6 thermostat while reusing the existing cooling coil. Added a 16×25×1 drop-in filter boot and a 10×25 return duct, set gas pressures, and noted a one-year supply of filters to be delivered.

The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
