Tied in a temporary water line and repiped around the meter with new valves, brass nipples, and new hangers to replace corroded parts. Set valves for temporary service, checked for leaks, cleaned up, and left the system ready for the main to be brought back online.
Diagnosed a failed sump setup; the pit was flooded, the alarm was ringing, the pump had tripped the breaker, and the backup battery was dead. Installed a new battery-backup sump pump system, got the primary pump running, and verified proper operation while the basin cleared.
Cut out the section of 3/4″ copper with a pinhole leak at the main line and installed new couplings to make the repair. Turned the water back on, checked for leaks, and confirmed normal operation.

Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
I'm was awesome. Showed up on time, checked all the boxes, told me where my unit stands and said everything is working properly. I really like my MSP home plan!! Great work as always!
