Installed a new Carrier 92% gas furnace and matching condenser, along with a new Ecobee 7 thermostat for improved comfort and efficiency. Replaced the lineset, updated venting and electrical components, added a condensate pump, and tested the full system to ensure everything was running properly before completion.
Completed a TCC member AC tune-up on an older system to keep it running efficiently through the cooling season. Cleaned and inspected the unit, checked electrical components and refrigerant levels, and reviewed repair recommendations with the homeowner for future consideration.
