Installed a high-efficiency Carrier heat pump with a matching 2-ton coil and 97% AFUE furnace, set up a new Ecobee thermostat, and ran about 30 ft of new lineset. Swapped in a 40-gal natural gas water heater, updated the return drop and filter boot, handled conduit to the panel, and helped the customer with utility rebate info.
Installed a high-efficiency dual-fuel system: Carrier 59TP7A060V17 (97% AFUE, 60k BTU) with new base, 2-ton cased A-coil (CAAMP2417AMA, R-454B), and 2-ton Carrier 37MUHAQ24AA3 heat-pump condenser. Reused existing drop & boot; 16×25×4 filter. Tight closet install; surge protection specified. Controls update required outdoor-rated ERM board; T10 stat temporarily reinstalled overnight, then swapped to Prestige with compatible interface on return. Charged ~31 oz refrigerant for lineset length.
Installed an NTI FTVN110 boiler on the existing pad, removed the old Tekmar outdoor reset, and set a new T4 thermostat. Reused the chimney liner/cap, added a condensate pump and two zone valves (3/4″ and 1″), ran intake under the deck with insulated exhaust to the deck end, and treated the system with Fernox F3/F1.

On Eldridge Avenue, we paired a heat pump with a gas furnace. Ask when each would heat your home. Use your own gas and power bills to discuss the operating plan.
A County Road D East job needed a different control interface. Ask which thermostat and interface your quote includes. Make sure the plan covers both the furnace and the heat pump.
The Eldridge Avenue project also replaced a water heater. If yours shares space or venting with the furnace, show us. Work on one system can affect the plan for another.
Ask us to explain normal heating, backup heat and cooling settings. Write down the filter size too. You should know which control to use without sorting through several manuals on a cold night.
