Replaced the worn Moen shower valve cartridge and swapped out the cracked handle that was letting the shower drip steadily. Tested the new parts for smooth operation and confirmed the water shuts off fully before leaving everything tidy.
Repaired a leak under the bathroom sink by replacing two faulty angle stop valves so the piping could hold properly again. Also swapped out the old piercing valve for the icemaker with a new shutoff, then checked everything for solid, leak-free operation.

MSP was amazing to work with and very responsive to our sewer and water issue. Brian W was awesome to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
I called Friday night and MSP plumbing and heating arrived Saturday morning and fixed the thermostat wiring. Much appreciated.
We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
