Installed a Carrier Infinity 80k BTU furnace with a 3-ton 27VNA036 R454B heat pump and CAAMP3721AMA coil. Reused the lineset, built a new plenum, added a GFCI, and moved the disconnect. Verified gas, added 1 lb 5 oz refrigerant, converted to two-pipe venting, and confirmed full system operation.
Swapped in a two-stage 90% furnace on a new base, replaced about 25 ft of cell-core vent and ran it single-pipe due to water-heater clearance, then set up an Ecobee 3 with room sensors. Secured the gas manifold with straps, added support for the coil in the plenum, reused the humidifier, fitted a new 20×25 filter boot and 12×25 return, and verified AC/humidifier operation and gas pressures.
Swapped in a new two-stage 80% furnace with a matching Carrier condenser and coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and installed a Honeywell T6 thermostat. Rerouted the coil drain to a nearby standpipe, built a new supply transition, added a wet switch for the second-floor setup, and charged the system.
