Set a new pad and leveled it, cut the plenum to fit the CVAVA3617XMA coil, then brazed, pressure-tested, and pulled the system down to 320 microns. Reused and flushed the existing lineset, kept the thermostat and humidifier, and verified steady cooling on startup.
Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace on a new base, reused the thermostat and humidifier, and added a new condensate pump with the drain run to the laundry sink. Corrected water heater venting back to the tee, replaced its gas valve to code, reconnected power/low-voltage, set CFM for AC, tested gas pressures, and verified safe operation.
Installed an 80% single-stage 70k BTU gas furnace on a new base, reusing the existing thermostat, and added a 16×25 drop-in filter boot with a 10×25 return. Wired the low voltage, restored power, set the filter to 16x25x1, and verified safe heating operation.
