Installed a Carrier 26SPA condenser with matching CVAVA cased coil and set up a new Honeywell T6 thermostat, reusing and flushing the existing lineset. Resolved a low-voltage issue that was blowing the furnace fuse, swapped in a new thermostat from truck stock, and verified proper cooling operation.
Installed a 97% 80k BTU furnace with ECM motor, a Carrier heat pump condenser, and a new cased A-coil, then set up an Ecobee stat and a new condensate pump while reusing the flushed lineset. Uncased and rebuilt the coil housing due to height, removed the humidifier, updated gas piping, moved the heat pump to the right of the meter, and leak-checked and set pressures with fan speeds verified.
Replaced the system with a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace, a 2-ton coil paired with a 26SPA624 condenser, and a new Ecobee thermostat, reusing the flushed lineset and existing PVC where appropriate. Installed a 50-gallon natural-vent water heater, set the pad with gravel, built a plenum transition, then charged and tested the system to confirm proper operation.
