Moved forward with the approved options and upgraded several plumbing components. Installed a new water heater expansion tank, replaced the washing machine hoses, and set a new faucet, then checked for leaks and proper operation.
Found a leak at the kitchen sink coming from an old plastic RO faucet when used. Swapped it out for a brushed stainless reverse-osmosis faucet and verified everything ran without drips.
Drained and flushed the water heater and found active leaks at the T&P valve and on the tank. Installed a new 40-gallon power-vent unit, reconnected everything, and tested to ensure it was running properly.

Plumbing in Blaine, MN
A small leak can involve more than the part that looks wet. A Blaine plumbing check can tie the water heater, nearby valves and supply hoses together.
On a Blaine job, MSP replaced the water heater expansion tank along with other plumbing parts. If water appears near your heater, ask us to check that small tank as well.
That local visit also included new washing machine hoses. When booking a plumbing check, mention dampness behind the washer. Give us room to inspect the hose ends without moving heavy equipment yourself.
A drip at the spout and water under the sink point to different parts. Tell us whether it leaks with the tap off. A short photo or video can help.
Blaine lists water heater replacement as permit work. If a repair turns into a replacement, ask how the quote covers the permit. Keep access to the heater and shutoff clear.
Book a plumbing visit with MSP. List the leaks you have noticed, including small ones. Tell us if the washer or water heater is hard to reach.

Jaxon and team quickly diagnosed and resolved my AC issue on one of the hottest days of the year. They were so helpful and Jaxon explained every step along the way. Highly recommend MSP Plumbing, Heating, and Air.
Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
