Moved forward with the approved options and upgraded several plumbing components. Installed a new water heater expansion tank, replaced the washing machine hoses, and set a new faucet, then checked for leaks and proper operation.
Found a leak at the kitchen sink coming from an old plastic RO faucet when used. Swapped it out for a brushed stainless reverse-osmosis faucet and verified everything ran without drips.
Drained and flushed the water heater and found active leaks at the T&P valve and on the tank. Installed a new 40-gallon power-vent unit, reconnected everything, and tested to ensure it was running properly.

Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it.
