Installed a 90-90 high-efficiency furnace with matching condenser and coil on a pedestal, added a new Infinity thermostat, flushed the existing lineset, and reused the humidifier, filter boot, and return air drop with a year’s supply of 20x25x4 filters. Also replaced the water heater with a new 40-gallon short natural gas unit and helped the homeowner with rebate paperwork before running the full credit card payment.

Set dip switches, provided a one-year supply of 16x25x1 filters, and walked the homeowner through the system and thermostat while the office follows up on rebate details.

Heating and cooling in Anoka, MN
