MSP works around your schedule; not ours. You can call us at (651) 228-9200, or you can schedule with us online for convenient heating services.

After you sign off on the estimate and project, our technicians will start your heating repair or installation. We always lay down drop cloths and wear shoe covers to keep your home clean no matter the job. Once we complete the job (most likely in one day), we'll answer any questions you may have about our work. If you've installed a new heating system, we'll walk you through how to use your new heating equipment's features.

We respect your time and home, so our technicians will always give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving at your home the day of your appointment. Once they arrive on time at your home, we will assess your current heating system and either diagnose the problem or recommend a new system, depending on your heating request. MSP technicians will provide you with upfront prices for any project of ours, so you will never be shocked by your final bill.

We take our Bloomington customers' satisfaction seriously because the quality of your customer service experience matters to us. Please leave us a Google review or fill out our post-job survey. Carrier Furnace & Heat Pump System Installation

This Bloomington home received a complete heating and cooling upgrade with the installation of a new Carrier furnace and matching Carrier heat pump for efficient year-round comfort. Our team removed the aging equipment, installed the new system, and connected it to the home's existing setup, testing performance in both heating and cooling modes before wrapping up. The homeowner was left with a reliable, high-efficiency system backed by manufacturer and labor warranties.

Gas Furnace Replacement & Duct Cleaning

When this Bloomington home's 17-year-old furnace gave out, we replaced it same-day with a new Carrier two-stage gas furnace on a new base, then cleaned the entire duct system while the crews were already there. The electricians ran a new GFCI outlet, installed a SAT sensor, and wired everything into the existing thermostat and AC. Four technicians on-site, done in an afternoon.

Carrier Furnace & Central AC Installation

This Bloomington home got a full heating and cooling system replacement, a new Carrier 97% efficient furnace and matching 2.5-ton central AC condenser with a new coil, Ecobee smart thermostat, and new filter system. The crew relocated the outdoor unit around the corner of the house where clearance was better, re-routed the venting out the front, and ran all-new low-voltage thermostat wiring since the old stat was wireless with nothing in the wall to reuse. Five technicians, nearly 32 hours of combined labor, finished in one day.

Carrier 80% Furnace Installation

When a Bloomington homeowner's 17-year-old furnace reached the end of its life, our team replaced it with a new Carrier Performance two-stage gas furnace in a single morning visit. The new unit required a custom supply transition since it stood taller than the original, and our installers reconnected the existing humidifier, verified gas pressures, and set airflow before leaving. The job came with a one-year parts and labor warranty.

Job total

$5,820

Gas Boiler Safety Certification

A Minneapolis landlord needed a licensed tech to inspect and certify his 38-year-old gas boiler before renting out the unit, a requirement for many rental properties. Our tech completed a full boiler and ventilation inspection over two visits, verified safe combustion and proper venting, and issued the safety certification. The boiler was found operational, with the documentation the owner needed to proceed with renting.

Furnace Tune-Up & Whole-Home Duct Cleaning

During a fall furnace maintenance visit at this Bloomington home, our tech completed a full 9-year-old furnace tune-up and found the system in good working order. The homeowner added a whole-home duct cleaning, which a second tech completed a few weeks later, pulling years of accumulated dust and debris out of the ductwork to improve airflow and indoor air quality heading into the heating season.

Nick Z was awesome! He came for our annual water heater tune up and I left with some pretty great knowledge about water pressure in an old house. We will definitely have them out again soon to work on that!

Heating in Bloomington, MN

Plan your Bloomington furnace work

A heating visit should answer why your home feels cold. If a furnace change is needed, plan the vent and wiring work along with the equipment itself.

Check how heat leaves

Show us the existing furnace vent before choosing a new model. The next furnace may use a different route. Ask what wall or roof work the quote includes for your home.

Cover the power connection

Bloomington lists furnace wiring reconnects as work that needs a separate electrical permit. Confirm this step is part of the plan. It should not be an unclear extra after equipment arrives.

Describe short heating runs

Tell us if the furnace starts and stops often or runs without reaching the set temperature. Note any code on the control screen. Leave the equipment closed for the service check.

Keep water heating in view

If your water heater uses the same chimney as the furnace, point it out. Ask how that vent will work after a furnace change. It deserves a check in the quote.

Before your service call

When you request heat service, tell MSP the indoor temperature and whether the furnace runs. Mention a shared chimney or any past work on the vent.
