This Bloomington home got a full heating and cooling system replacement, a new Carrier 97% efficient furnace and matching 2.5-ton central AC condenser with a new coil, Ecobee smart thermostat, and new filter system. The crew relocated the outdoor unit around the corner of the house where clearance was better, re-routed the venting out the front, and ran all-new low-voltage thermostat wiring since the old stat was wireless with nothing in the wall to reuse.
