Responded to a leaking humidifier and inspected the unit after the homeowner had shut it off to prevent further water issues. Reviewed the condition of the system, discussed replacement options including an Aprilaire 600, and left the unit off to avoid additional leaking.
Diagnosed a no-heat issue on the main floor and found a failed zone valve head that wasn’t allowing the boiler to fire. Replaced the zone valve head, completed a boiler tune-up, and confirmed proper operation across both zones before finishing up.
Performed a full heating tune-up on the 17-year-old furnace as part of the TCC member maintenance visit, checking overall operation and system safety. Replaced the humidifier water panel during the visit and confirmed the system was running properly before wrapping up.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
