Replaced the old furnace with a new 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier unit, reworked the power and venting by changing from single-pipe 3″ PVC to dual 2″ venting, and adjusted the return drop so it could take the proper 16×25 filter. Ran new low-voltage to the thermostat, installed an Ecobee smart stat, set gas pressure and dip switches, then connected the customer to WiFi and the app so they were ready to use the new system right away.
Installed a new 80% two-stage furnace with matching coil and 1.5-ton condenser, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and thermostat while rebuilding transitions from the return drop and coil to the canvas. Ran new venting for the furnace, added refrigerant charge, temporarily wired the system to test heating and cooling, and left final power hookup for Powerhouse to finish.
Installed a new 97% furnace with matching heat pump condenser, cased A-coil, Honeywell Prestige thermostat, new condensate pump, and updated return/boot with a 16x25x1 filter while removing the old humidifier and adding a basement return. Wrapped up with a full walk-through, helped the homeowner with utility rebate paperwork, and confirmed everything was running the way they wanted.
Responded to a newer furnace that was calling for heat but struggling to maintain temperature in the home. Diagnosed the issue with the collector box and condensation trap, then returned to install the ordered parts and restore proper heating performance.
Responded to a 7-year-old furnace that was shutting down due to the condensation trap filling with water and triggering error codes. Cleared and corrected the drainage setup, replaced necessary components, and made adjustments to prevent repeat shutdowns so the system could maintain steady heat.
Responded to a no-heat call where the thermostat appeared unresponsive and the system wouldn’t run. Diagnosed the furnace and confirmed a compromised heat exchanger, then provided options and estimates for repair or full system replacement.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
The technician, Zeke Xiong, was very professional, polite & honest and he was able to fix the water leakage.from the humidifier.
