Installed a new 80-90 system with a 59TP7A060V17–16 furnace, 26SPA624 condenser, vertical cased coil, new Ecobee thermostat, condensate pump, and updated 16×25 filter boot and 10×25 return drop while reusing and flushing the existing lineset. Set fan speed to 1000 CFM, verified superheat and subcool to match the condenser specs, walked through the system operation with the homeowner, and collected the check once everything was running smoothly.
Installed a new 90-90 furnace on a new base, added the second PVC pipe to convert it to a 2-pipe sealed combustion setup, reused the existing thermostat, and put in a new condensate pump along with a 16×25 drop-in filter boot and 10×25 return air drop. Removed the old humidifier, helped with the gas rebate info, and ran the customer’s credit card once everything was firing and venting the way it should.
Swapped out the old unit for a new 90-90 furnace on a pedestal, reusing the existing thermostat and AC coil while adding a new 20×25 drop-in filter boot, 12×25 return drop, and fresh 20x25x1 filter. Went over the gas utility rebate info with the homeowner and collected the check once the new system was heating properly.
