Responded to a frozen sump pump discharge line that was preventing water from exiting the home and causing alarms. Cut and reworked the exterior piping, installed a new 1½” PVC elbow with extension to direct water away from the foundation, and confirmed the pump was discharging properly.
Investigated a beeping water softener and low pressure at the reverse osmosis drinking water system. Reviewed system performance, discussed replacement and upgrade options with the homeowners, and provided estimates to improve overall water quality and flow.
Replaced the existing iron filter and RO system with a new 13” Chandlers Sidewinder whole-house iron filtration system and Halo RO, and installed a new pressure tank and RO faucet. Ran new discharge lines, added an expansion tank, set up and tested all equipment under full pressure, then walked the customer through operation and flushing steps before wrapping up.
