Completed a full plumbing maintenance visit, including draining and flushing the 40-gallon Rheem water heater and replacing the anode rod to help extend the unit’s life. Inspected the T&P valve, confirmed the water softener was working properly, and cleared buildup from multiple faucets on the hot side for better flow.
Diagnosed a leak under the kitchen sink and found a backwards P-trap, a leaking garbage disposal, and a failing drain pipe. Reviewed replacement options with the homeowner and scheduled a return visit to remove the disposal, repipe the drain, install a new faucet, and add two new basket strainers.
Performed a full tune-up and repair service on two older tank-style water heaters, addressing worn components and improving overall performance. Installed new expansion tanks, completed system cleaning, and made necessary plumbing updates to ensure both units were running safely and efficiently.

I had my annual water heater tune up done today. Bo did a very through service. He found a small part that needed to be replaced. I am always impressed with the service I receive from MSP.
Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
