Installed a new 90-90 Carrier furnace on a new base, reusing the existing thermostat and PVC venting while adding a 16×25 drop-in filter boot, 10×25 return drop, and 4″ combustion air intake. Walked the homeowner through the new setup, talked through vent placement with her because of the climbing cat, and wrapped up after everything was running safely and the check was taken care of.
Installed a new high-efficiency 90-90 Carrier furnace (59TP6C040V14-10) on a new base with a 20x25x4 filter setup and updated return air. Added an Aprilaire 600 whole-home humidifier, mounting it on the return, running new water shutoff and line, and tying all drains into the existing condensate pump. Reconnected venting, verified safe operation, and tested the system end-to-end so the homeowner is set up with efficient heat and balanced humidity, all wrapped into Wells Fargo financing.
Installed a new 80–90% Carrier furnace on a new base with a Honeywell T6 thermostat, reusing the existing drop and boot and setting the airflow for a 2-ton setup with proper gas pressures. Collected the check, wrapped up paperwork, and Ger walked the homeowner through the new system.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
Slade did a wonderful job getting our boiler ready for winter. Also, Derrick, in customer service, explained an estimate for possible future work. MSP is a fine company and they do good work.
Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
