Completed the member plumbing visit on the 8-year-old 50-gallon water heater and drained the tank for inspection and service. Found the anode rod heavily deteriorated, replaced it with a new premium anode, flushed the heater, refilled the system, and set the temperature to 120°F before confirming everything was working properly.
Responded to a leaking 25-year-old water heater and found moisture damage along with failing shut-off valves. Returned to install a new 40-gallon power vent water heater, replaced two exterior shut-off valves and a humidifier valve, coordinated electrical work, and made sure everything was running properly before wrapping up.
Completed the member maintenance visit on the tankless water heater and checked the system to ensure it’s running efficiently. Reviewed overall condition with the homeowner and confirmed everything is operating as expected.

Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
