Installed a new 80% furnace, cased A-coil, and 3.5-ton condenser while reusing and flushing the existing lineset, updating the Infinity thermostat, and adding a new return air boot and duct transitions. Re-vented the furnace and water heater, corrected gas piping and electrical, charged the replacement condenser, then tested and set system pressures to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Installed a new 2.5-ton Carrier condenser and matching coil, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and thermostat, then temporarily wired the system for full testing. Reconnected the furnace drain for safer routing, adjusted the thermostat so it follows the schedule properly, and used the homeowners’ prior rebate info so they didn’t have to redo paperwork.
Installed a high-efficiency modulating gas furnace with matching 3-ton Infinity heat pump, cased A-coil, Infinity thermostat, Aprilaire 600 humidifier, new condensate pump, and updated filter boot and duct transitions, plus a 50-gallon hybrid heat pump water heater. Reused and flushed the existing lineset, ran line voltage for the new water heater, and helped the homeowner with utility rebate information once everything was up and running.

MSP did such a great job in my A/C install I chose them to replace my heating boiler. Once again I got exceptional service from both Dave Johnson, the estimator and Jefferson Hanson, the installer. Jefferson was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the workspace. I cannot recommend MSP enough.
MSP was amazing to work with and very responsive to our sewer and water issue. Brian W was awesome to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
