Opened the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom to track down a major leak and confirmed it was coming from the toilet’s flange. Pulled the toilet, replaced the broken bolts and supply line, then reset and sealed it before flushing repeatedly to make sure the leak was gone.
Pulled the upstairs toilet to address the leak into the downstairs bathroom, installed a new wax ring, then reset the toilet for a better seal and stronger flush. Checked operation afterward and confirmed the toilet was flushing correctly without any new leaks.
Inspected the eight-year-old power-vent water heater and found the anode rod worn down, then replaced it to help extend the tank’s life. Tightened the loose kitchen faucet, swapped out a cracked P-trap nut, and rerouted the kitchen supply so it now runs through the softener just like the customer wanted.

Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.

Nick and overall experience with MSP was great. They were in and out in a day repairing a pipe break that required breaking up and re-patching a cement floor.
