Installed a 97% 80k BTU furnace with a new Ecobee stat and paired it with a 3-ton Carrier AC system, reusing and flushing the existing lineset. Upsized the return drop, added an electronic air cleaner and non-ozone UV light, set gas pressures, charged the AC to an 8°F subcool, and verified operation during the walkthrough.
Installed a new Carrier AC (R454B) with matching indoor coil, reusing the existing thermostat and humidifier. Built a small coil-top box, added about a pound of refrigerant for the longer lineset, changed the 20x25x4 filter, and test-ran both zones to confirm proper operation.
Installed a Carrier Performance 80% two-stage furnace with a new AC condenser and matching coil, reusing the lineset (flushed), chimney liner/cap, and thermostat while keeping the humidifier. Added a 20×25 filter boot and 12×25 return drop, released the charge, verified subcool and airflow, and test-ran the system to confirm proper operation.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
