Completed a routine tune-up on a 3-year-old tank-style water heater as part of the member maintenance program. Inspected the unit, verified safe operation, and reviewed overall performance with the homeowner to keep everything running reliably.
Replaced a leaking valve and updated several older shut-off valves to prevent future issues, along with installing two new outdoor spigots. Also repaired the connection between a basement sink and drain line, then tested everything to ensure the leaks were fully resolved and the system was running properly.
Installed a new 50-gallon tank water heater and completed updated plumbing connections for the washer and dryer setup. Also discussed anode rod replacement options with the homeowner, made necessary vent and line adjustments, and tested everything to ensure the new equipment was operating safely and efficiently.

MSP was amazing to work with and very responsive to our sewer and water issue. Brian W was awesome to work with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
