Returned to address a callback on a recently installed mini split after the homeowner noticed the outdoor unit wasn’t sitting level. Adjusted and secured the system to ensure it was properly positioned and stable after installation.
Installed a new 1:1 Mitsubishi mini split system with the outdoor unit set on the left side of the home and the indoor head mounted on the basement family room wall. Ran approximately 35 feet of line set, pulled a vacuum to 200 microns, tested operation to confirm a 56° supply temperature in cooling, and completed a full walkthrough with the homeowner.
Completed a TCC member furnace tune-up and found a failed ignitor that was preventing reliable operation. Ordered the part and returned to install the new ignitor and address the drain line, restoring consistent heat before wrapping up.

Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
