Performed maintenance on a 12-year-old water heater. Flushed out minor sediment, checked anode rod (in good condition), and identified a stuck relief valve. Customer declined replacement. No leaks found; system overall in working order.
Description: Inspected a 10-year-old natural vent water heater and found an outdated gas line, vent, and a stuck safety relief valve. Reviewed all findings with the homeowner and provided upgrade estimates.
Cleared debris from the kitchen garbage disposal and replaced it with a new PRO 750 unit. Also addressed faucet-related concerns during the visit.
