Installed a new Carrier heat pump, flushed and reused the existing lineset, and set a new disconnect; added 6 oz of refrigerant to account for extra lineset length. Verified operation and noted the zone panel, dampers, and three thermostats to be installed on a follow-up visit.
Installed a new high-efficiency furnace on a pedestal, reused the drop and boot, and tied the A/C drain into the furnace drain for a clean setup. Replaced three thermostats but the existing zone board wouldn’t accept the Honeywell units, so we credited $300 and fixed a leaking humidifier piercing valve.
Installed a new 80% two-stage furnace on a new base, reusing the existing thermostat, drop, and boot. Set gas pressure for high and low, added new B-vent, and left it temp-wired pending Powerhouse’s final hookup.
Installed a new 80% single-stage 70,000 BTU gas furnace with ECM motor, along with a new base, Honeywell T6 thermostat, filter boot, and return air components. Reworked the electrical and low-voltage wiring, adjusted gas pressures, reduced the flue for proper clearance, and completed a full system walkthrough with the homeowner.
Replaced the old unit with a new Burnham X205 84% efficient boiler and completed a hands-free upgrade while reusing the existing thermostat and chimney liner. Wired the pump, installed new conduit and a switch box, bled all radiators and baseboard lines, and confirmed every zone was heating properly before wrapping up.

Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
