Replaced the old 17″ furnace with a 14″ 96% unit on a new base and built a clean transition to the existing coil. Reused the thermostat, replaced the hard-wired condensate pump for safety, and wrapped up with testing and a walkthrough with the homeowner.
Installed a 1-to-1 ductless system for the detached garage, mounted the high-wall unit on the east wall, and ran a 45-ft lineset to the outdoor condenser. Started it up, verified everything was running properly, and wrapped up with a quick walkthrough and check collection.
Installed a new Carrier 3-ton air conditioner with an uncased coil due to height limits, flushed the existing lineset, and reused the thermostat. Pressure tested and charged the system, fabricated new plenum doors, verified proper operation, and ran the customer’s card.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
