Removed the old widespread bathroom faucet and installed the homeowner’s new Moen unit with a touch-style pop-up assembly. Added new supply tubes, checked all connections for leaks, and verified everything was working smoothly before wrapping up.
Traced the no-pressure issue back to a failed shower valve, then opened the wall and swapped in a new rough-in valve with fresh trim and fittings. Reassembled the system, sealed everything up, and restored full water flow throughout the home after testing.
Replaced the broken basement stop-and-waste valve and rerouted part of the copper line to improve pitch where the pipe previously sagged. Added new hangers for support and tested the line afterward to make sure the leak was completely resolved.

Brian helped us with a cement-like blockage in one of our drains. A plumber from a different company was unable to clear the drain but Brian quickly assessed the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. He was extremely sincere, very determined and completed the work in roughly 1/2 of the time that he estimated. Outstanding experience!
Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
Slade did a wonderful job getting our boiler ready for winter. Also, Derrick, in customer service, explained an estimate for possible future work. MSP is a fine company and they do good work.
