Installed a Burnham X203NGH 80-80 boiler with a new 40-gal Bradford White water heater, replaced three 3/4″ zone valve head motors, swapped the boiler gas shutoff, and added the hands-free kit. Reused the thermostat and chimney liner/cap, test-fired the system and left it running; final electrical was scheduled for 10/7.
Installed an 80–90 total system with a Carrier 59TP6C furnace and 2-ton 38MURAQ heat pump/coil, kept the existing lineset and chimney liner/cap, and set an Ecobee 3 (no Wi-Fi) with a new humidifier, condensate pump, and duct transitions. Brought the homeowner’s water heater up to code with 3″ B-vent and a Y-connector and updated the gas piping, then wrapped up with a walkthrough.
Installed a Carrier 59TP6C furnace with a 2-ton Performance 18 heat pump and matching coil, added an Ecobee 3 stat, Aprilaire 600 humidifier, condensate pump, and new return drops with a 16×25 filter boot. Swapped the planned 40-gal short power-vent for a 40-gal tall due to damage, set gas pressures, updated venting using the existing 6″ penetration, and verified heating and cooling during the walkthrough.

Dave did a great job of explaining everything well in regarding to switching from a gas furnace to a heat pump heating/cooling system and a heat pump hot water heater. He was patient with all of my questions. He responded quickly and gave me a reasonable bid. He was nice to work with and made me comfortable with the process.
