nstalled a new furnace, Carrier condenser, and Ecobee thermostat; leveled the pad, set a pedestal, added a new 10×25 boot/drop, and built a plenum-to-coil transition. Ran PVC drain and vent, wired the system, set gas pressures and CFMs, tested heat and AC, and finished with a customer walkthrough.
Installed a 97% 80k BTU furnace with an ECM motor on a new base and added an Ecobee 3 thermostat; vented outside near the AC, set a new 20×25 drop-in filter boot, and a 12×25 return. Removed old venting and capped the b-vent tee, then tested both heat and AC and wrapped up with a walkthrough.
Installed a new high-efficiency furnace on a pedestal with a matched AC system, flushed the lineset, and set up an Ecobee 6 thermostat. Removed the old humidifier, added a new 20×25 drop-in filter boot and 12×25 return drop, then tested operation and confirmed settings with the homeowner.

Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.

He explained the situation and offered us options. He went over and above to get our drain unclog. He had to stay late to do this. It wasnt a cheap fix but we understood this and the pricing was very fair.
