Disconnected the existing kitchen sink and installed a new top-mount sink with a homeowner-provided faucet, sink strainer, and disposal. Hooked up the drain and connections, then checked everything over to make sure it was operating properly.
Pulled and reset the toilet after finding it was originally installed incorrectly, then secured it properly with new bolts and a fresh wax ring. Replaced the angle stop, supply line, flapper, and fill valve, and flushed multiple times to confirm there were no leaks and everything was working as it should.
Performed a plumbing maintenance visit focused on the tank-style water heater, inspecting operation and completing routine service to keep it running efficiently. Reviewed the system’s condition with the homeowner and noted future options without any repairs needed at this time.
