Drained and flushed the 50-gal powervent water heater and checked the home’s plumbing. Replaced the water-logged expansion tank and the T&P relief valve, added a couple hangers on the main, seated the disposal bracket, and tested everything with no leaks.
Found the tank-style combi unit locked out with a 4-flash high-temp code and no hot water. Reset the gas valve to get it firing again and noted the valve may need replacement soon; recommended a maintenance and in-floor heat check.
Opened the wall to locate a leak on the 3/4″ cold supply, cut out the bad solder joint, and replaced the copper section before pressure-testing; everything held with no leaks. Pulled and reset the master toilet with new stacker rings, bolts, and a wax ring, then sealed it to the floor.

A Woodbury home's kitchen sink had a failing strainer and a leaking accordion-style drain with multiple problem connections. The tech replaced the strainer, swapped the flexible accordion drain for solid hard pipe, repositioned the garbage disposal to allow for proper routing, and installed a new P-trap. Everything was tested for leaks before wrapping up.
A Woodbury home was mid-restoration after water damage when the source of the leak, a failing shower valve, still needed to be properly fixed. The tech opened the wall, replaced the valve with a new single-handle unit, and installed a new tub drain stopper. The rough-in was completed and the wall left ready for the tile contractor to finish, with a return visit scheduled to install the trim kit once tiling is done.
