Installed a new Carrier condenser and matching 2.5-ton coil, set a new pad, brazed, and reused the existing lineset and thermostat. Pressure-tested to 310 psi, pulled down to 150 microns, charged to 6° subcool, and left temporary wiring in place pending electrician.
Installed a 97% furnace with a 3-ton heat pump and matching cased coil, reused and flushed the lineset, and relocated the gas tree for proper clearance. Built new canvas/transition, reattached the humidifier, set fan speeds, verified a strong temp split, and left a 20×25×4 filter in place.
Installed a high-efficiency furnace with a 2-ton heat pump and matching coil, replaced the lineset, and set a new Ecobee thermostat with surge protection. Added a 50-gal Rheem heat pump water heater, rerouted PVC and drains, verified airflow/pressure, and capped the unused flue.
