Installed a 96% 80k BTU furnace with ECM motor, a 2.5-ton Carrier condenser with matching coil, and an Ecobee thermostat, adding a new disconnect/whip, condensate pump, and filter boot while reusing and flushing the existing lineset. Set and recorded gas pressure, charged the AC to 6° subcooling, and finished with a customer walkthrough.
Replaced a 10-year-old condensing boiler with an NTI FTVN110 and repiped the system, separating the in-floor glycol loops with a flat plate heat exchanger. Added a 5-zone relay panel, a Honeywell T6 thermostat, and reconnected PVC venting, leaving the system ready for final testing, air purge, and glycol fill.
Installed a Burnham X203 boiler and ran a new 5″ chimney liner with cap, removing the two old 3″ runs. Swapped in a Honeywell T6 thermostat and verified gas pressure so the system fired as expected.
