Removed the existing boiler and set a new 80-80 boiler in place, completing a full changeout in the mechanical bay. Installed a new thermostat, diaphragm expansion tank, and air eliminator, then finalized the setup and documented serial numbers before wrapping up.
Completed a full furnace tune-up as part of the member maintenance plan, inspecting the 6-year-old system and checking all major components for proper operation. Replaced filters and verified the unit was heating safely and efficiently before finishing up the visit.
